Peta Bayman

Peta was appointed a Director of Pathways in April, 2009.  Peta is a corporate trainer, facilitator and coach and is currently director of a training company in Australia and Singapore.  Peta’s work, delivering services to support individual and organisational change has taken her across the Asia Pacific region as well as to the USA.

Jenny Briscoe-Hough

Jenny was appointed a director of Pathways in May 2009.She is the manager of a Community Development Organisation. She has worked with young people for many years as a manager of Ronald McDonald House and a Regional Coordinator of CANTEEN. This is where she developed a passion for Rites of Passage work. In 2005 she was granted a Vincent Fairfax Fellowship in Leadership and Ethics and was able to pursue her interest in the US. She is currently a Module leader for the Pathways to Womanhood Program. She is also a board member for the Illawarra Legal Center and Circus Monoxide. She has two grown children and life partner of 30 years.

Craig James Leggat

Craig James Leggat SC works from Martin Place Chambers in Sydney. His nickname is NP.
NP has a wide legal practice which includes environmental law, commercial law and mediation.  NP is a nationally accredited mediator and has been appointed a NSW Supreme Court mediator.

NP and his wife Sally live in the inner west of Sydney and have four children, Isabelle (1995), Nicola (1997), Julia (2000) and Isaac (2006).

NP’s experience in Rites of Passage work includes his initiation as a yoga swami in India in the 1970’s , a masters degree in religious studies from the University of Sydney, involvement with the Mankind Project and leadership training with Pathways Foundation. NP is patron of the Australian Lawyers Surfing Association.

Karen Houghton

Karen Houghton is the founder of The Money Pennys Group,. Money Pennys provide number consultants / financial controllers and bookkeeping services to small – medium clients around Australia.

Karen is mum to Joe (1996) and Ginger (2007).

Karen is also on the board of Down Syndrome NSW and the Australian Business Womens Network.
