David Vaux
David was appointed a director of Pathways in November 2008 and then appointed Chairman in April 2009. David was previously a director of Lang Corporation, Patrick Stevedores and from 1998 to 2008 the CEO of DCA Group Limited, a leading healthcare company. David retired from DCA in May 2008 to focus on his private business, property, farming and not-for-profit interests. He is currently a Director of Advent Lawyers, the Social Ventures Australia Capital Fund and the LBW Trust (which supports the tertiary education of young adults in cricket playing countries such as Zimbabwe, South Africa, India and Pakistan). David also sits on the Advisory Board for the River Capital Funds Management Group. David and his wife Sarah Jane have established an Education and Learning Foundation supporting aspirational children and social entrepreneurs focused on youth issues. He holds a Bachelor of Jurisprudence degree (Hons), Bachelor of Law degree and a MBA from London Business School.
Rob Lloyd
Rob was appointed a director of Pathways in 2005. He is a property fund manager and investment banker having trained in accounting and property valuation. Rob has held positions with Pricewaterhouse and Macquarie Bank prior to establishing his own successful funds management and development business. He is currently CEO of the Valad Property Group Japanese Business.Rob is 42 married with 3 young boys.
Peta Bayman
Peta was appointed a Director of Pathways in April, 2009. Peta is a corporate trainer, facilitator and coach and is currently director of a training company in Australia and Singapore. Peta’s work, delivering services to support individual and organisational change has taken her across the Asia Pacific region as well as to the USA.
Jenny Briscoe-Hough
Jenny was appointed a director of Pathways in May 2009.She is the manager of a Community Development Organisation. She has worked with young people for many years as a manager of Ronald McDonald House and a Regional Coordinator of CANTEEN. This is where she developed a passion for Rites of Passage work. In 2005 she was granted a Vincent Fairfax Fellowship in Leadership and Ethics and was able to pursue her interest in the US. She is currently a Module leader for the Pathways to Womanhood Program. She is also a board member for the Illawarra Legal Center and Circus Monoxide. She has two grown children and life partner of 30 years.
