Eamon Daly - Chief Executive Officer

Eamon was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in September 2009 and previously was the Chief Operating Officer of the Pathways Foundation. He is responsible for the strategic and operational direction of Pathways. He is a senior executive with over twenty years experience in the commercial sector and has extensive experience with finance, organisational design and corporate governance. He has held a number of board positions and is currently a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Institute of Management and holds a post graduate diploma in corporate management. Eamon is married with two children and lives in Sydney.

Eamon first came into contact with Pathways when in 2007 he attended a Pathways to Manhood program with his 13 year old son. He then went on to become an active member of the local Pathways Sydney community and was instrumental in the development of the local Regional Plan for Pathways. In March 2009 Eamon was a mentor to a 13 year old disadvantaged boy from South Western Sydney and they both attended the highly successful Pathways to Manhood pilot program run in partnership with the Department of Education & Training for 'at risk' boys from South Western Sydney. In May 2009 Eamon attended a weekend Young Stars camp as a volunteer.

Eamon's passion is 'community building' and Pathways is all about local communities as these are the vehicles through which Pathways continues to deliver its award winning programs. 

Paul Henley - National Training Manager

Paul trained in England in community development and has worked for 20 years in Australia in the field of housing, youth, family, specialising in male and boys issues. He has worked as restorative justice convener for NSW Juvenile Justice, and a facilitator of men's groups relating to separation, violence health & wellbeing. He is a co-founder of the Pathways Foundation and the secretary of NSW Men's Health & Wellbeing Association. He lives on the NSW South Coast where he has run workshops as a Health in Men Project Officer for that region. 

Leonie Deuis - Womens Training & Program Manager

Leonie was appointed in February 2007 and is responsible for all womens training and program development and is a senior leader in Pathways. Leonie brings extensive professional experience in program design and delivery and facilitated programs for youth, youth at risk, parenting skills, community development, alternative dispute resolution, child protection, risk management, organizational change management , leadership training and development and team building in the NFP and NGO sectors.

Leonie’s journey with ‘Rites of Passage’ began over 25 years ago when she explored her own Rite of Passage as a woman and becoming a mother of two daughters. She is cofounder and Senior Facilitator and Trainer for the ‘Pathways into Womanhood’ rites of passage program for 12-15 year old girls, senior facilitator and trainer for the mothers program for ‘Pathways to Manhood’ rites of passage program. Pathways Foundation mission to provide ‘Rites of Passage’ for boys and girls enables Leonie to utilize her professional experience, knowledge and her passion and for Rites of Passage work to facilitate and assist with cultural/social change locally and globally.
